Cost / Rates for Academic Term

The rent is €80.00 per week per person + €10.00 for utilities (€90.00 per week total). All our rooms are twin with two single beds en-suite, with considerable storage space, two computer chairs, study desk, two lamps and broadband internet connection (the fastest eircom product available).

The common kitchen and living room comes fully equipped with all required utensils for daily living. Each apartment is shared between four people.

Rent is payable in two instalments of €1620.00  at the beginning of each semester. Also a security deposit of €400.00 is taken with every application.

Cost / Rates for Summer Term

The complex is available to all looking for an apartment in good proximity to Dublin City Centre for the Summer Period of June to mid  September. Non-Students welcome during summer period. Please contact us for more information on Summer lettings.
