The rent is €80.00 per week per person including utilities. All our rooms are twin with two single beds en-suite, with considerable storage space, two computer chairs, study desk, two lamps and broadband internet connection (the fastest eircom product available). The rent is a flat rate including all utility charges for ESB, room heating, laundry, internet, TV (supplied) and TV connection etc. The common kitchen and living room comes fully equipped with all required utensils for daily living. Each apartment is shared between four people. Rent is payable in two instalments of €1440.00 at the beginning of
each semester. Also a security deposit of €500 is taken with every application.
The rent is from €110 for single room and €80 for sharing room including utility charges for ESB, internet, laundry, TV etc. The complex is available to all looking for an apartment in good proximity to Dublin City Centre for the Summer Period of June to mid September. Non-Students welcome during summer period. |
